About Me
Daniel Daringer is a graphic designer, art director, and illustrator. Over several years, he has created work for agencies, hotels, brands, and his own clients, spanning branding, editorial, and campaigns while sharpening his illustrative style. He thinks conceptually and delivers on the craft, ideally both at once. For him, good design is never just decoration but a strategy with impact. Whatever he takes on, he does it with heart and the conviction that what ends up on the page should both stand out and hold up.

03
Monolith Ai
A long-term collaboration focused on refining an existing visual identity and adapting it to better reflect a modern technology company. By reinterpreting the brand guidelines and introducing a lighter, more premium design direction, I helped move the visual language away from typical engineering aesthetics. The updated system was applied across various communication materials to create a more consistent and approachable brand presence.
04
Compani
A playful brand concept inspired by the charm of the Italian Riviera, the elegance of Viennese coffee culture, and the joy of pet-friendly hospitality. I created a vibrant visual identity that combines quirky illustrations, elegant details, and a fun, slightly nostalgic character. From branding and menus to merchandise and supporting visuals, the project brings a sunny dolce vita feeling to life for both pets and their humans.
05
Krallerhof
Helping shape a luxury wellness brand meant translating an established visual identity into a wide range of touchpoints without losing its character. As part of the in-house marketing team and serving as Art Director, I ensured the brand remained consistent across web design, print, merchandise, and other guest-facing materials. Every piece was designed to reflect the hotel's calm, premium experience and attention to detail.
06
Trail Food
Built around the energy of mountain biking and great food, this brand combines rugged outdoor character with a clean, contemporary look. The visual identity balances bold typography and durable aesthetics with a refined touch that reflects the restaurant's popular aperitifs and relaxed atmosphere. From the logo to menus and other branded materials, every element was designed to feel adventurous, welcoming, and memorable.
07
Reigen Festival
Created for a festival celebrating contemporary German dance, this visual identity moves away from expected folk-inspired imagery in favor of a bold, modern design language. Drawing on brutalist layouts, Bauhaus influences, and vivid neon accents, the branding captures the energy, movement, and experimental spirit of the performances. The result is a striking identity that stands out while reflecting the festival's progressive approach to dance.
08
AsitzBräu
KrallerAlm
Across three hospitality venues, I helped refine and expand an existing brand presence, with a strong focus on print design and guest-facing materials. The visual direction strengthened traditional Austrian hospitality with a contemporary approach, reinforcing the restaurants' blend of regional cuisine and modern dining experiences. From menu design to other printed applications, every detail was crafted to feel authentic, inviting, and consistent across all three brands, supporting a cohesive and memorable guest experience.
09
Solar Drop
Solar Drop is a craft IPA brand with a bold, illustration-led visual identity. I developed three original character illustrations and applied them across a series of can designs, creating a cohesive look that gives each product its own personality while remaining instantly recognizable. To expand the brand beyond the packaging, I also designed a matching vinyl record sleeve that ties into its music-inspired identity. The result is a vibrant, memorable brand experience that combines illustration, packaging, and storytelling.
10
Botnia
A series of packaging illustrations created for Botnia Cosmetics, centered around the brand’s natural ingredients. Rather than relying on conventional botanical imagery, I developed vibrant, textured compositions that give each ingredient its own visual character. The result is a fresh, eye-catching packaging system that balances a premium feel with a playful use of color and detail.
11
Logo Designs
A selection of logo designs created with a focus on storytelling, concept and brand personality. Each mark is developed to capture the essence of a brand and translate its values into a memorable visual symbol. Through thoughtful typography, shapes and visual details, I aim to create logos that feel distinctive, meaningful and built to last.
12
DDDaniel
A personal creative playground where illustration, storytelling and bold ideas come together beyond my graphic design work. Through editorial illustration, character design, branding, advertising and merchandise, I explore vibrant worlds filled with colour, humour and unexpected concepts. This ongoing project gives me the freedom to experiment, push creative boundaries and develop a visual language that is entirely my own.
13
WirWinzer
During my time at an online wine retailer, I created a wide range of digital designs across e-commerce, newsletters, social media, and editorial content. Beyond shaping the main brand presence, I also developed visual materials for numerous partner wineries, adapting each design to highlight their individual stories and products. The work focused on combining strong visual storytelling with a clear, engaging design approach that connects wine culture with a digital audience.
